A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your date and confirm your session.

Your date is considered officially reserved only once the required payment has been received.

The remaining balance must be paid before or on the scheduled date of the session, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

For weddings, the remaining balance is due 10 days before the wedding date.

All deposits are non-refundable.

If you need to reschedule your session, your deposit may be transferred toward a future session, subject to availability.

Rescheduling requests should be made as early as possible. A new date is not guaranteed until it has been confirmed by the photographer.

In the event of an unexpected cancellation due to an emergency or circumstances beyond the client's control, each situation will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Package prices do not include studio rental fees.

If a studio is required for your session, the studio rental fee will be added to the final price.

Additional fees may also apply for services or requests that are outside the original package, including additional shooting time, locations, or other customized services.

Sessions taking place outside the photographer's standard service area may be subject to an additional travel fee.

Any applicable travel or location fees will be communicated to the client before booking.

Edited photographs will generally be delivered within 5–7 business days for standard sessions.

Wedding galleries will generally be delivered within 2–3 weeks after the wedding, with a preview gallery provided within 2–3 days whenever applicable.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on the size and complexity of the session or event.

All delivered images are professionally edited. Advanced or extensive retouching requests that go beyond standard editing may be subject to an additional fee.

Unless a package specifically states a set number of final images, the package includes unlimited edited photos from the images selected and captured by the photographer.

The photographer reserves the right to make the final selection of images and will not deliver unedited, RAW, duplicate, test, or rejected images.

The client receives personal usage rights for the final delivered images.

The photographer retains the copyright to all photographs.

Unless the client requests otherwise in writing, the photographer may use selected images for their portfolio, website, social media, advertising, and other promotional purposes.

If you do not wish for your images to be used for promotional purposes, please communicate this in writing before the session.

Gratuities are not required or included in the package price, but they are always sincerely appreciated.

Clients are responsible for arriving on time and being ready at the scheduled start time.

Any delay caused by the client may reduce the available shooting time and will not necessarily result in an extension of the scheduled session.

For events and weddings, the photographer is not responsible for missed photographs resulting from circumstances outside of the photographer's control, including schedule changes, venue restrictions, weather, poor lighting conditions, guest interference, or other unforeseen circumstances.

For outdoor sessions, weather conditions may require the session to be rescheduled.

If weather or circumstances make the session unsafe or impractical, the photographer may recommend rescheduling or an alternative location.

Any rescheduling due to severe weather or circumstances beyond the photographer's control will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

Wedding packages include coverage according to the hours and services specified in the selected package.

Depending on the package, coverage may include getting ready, ceremony, portraits, reception, and other key moments.

Additional hours may be added for an additional fee, subject to availability.
